You can choose from a Fully Managed service, Rent Collection, or Tenant Find, depending on how involved you wish to be. Across all services, our focus remains the same: finding the right tenants, managing tenancies professionally, and maintaining relationships throughout.

Meet Paul Smith

Paul is our Lettings Director. With over 17 years of experience in residential lettings and property management within the local market, Paul brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the business. As a proud member of ARLA, he is committed to upholding the highest professional standards and best practices within the industry. Paul is passionate about working closely with landlords, taking the time to understand their individual goals and properties in order to establish, develop, and maintain strong, long-term relationships. His proactive and hands-on approach ensures properties are managed efficiently, delivering the best possible outcomes for landlords and tenants alike.

We advertise across all major property portals, conduct accompanied viewings and carry out comprehensive referencing checks including credit history, employment verification and previous landlord references, ensuring the right tenant is in place from day one.

I chose Brennan & Chatterton to deal with the sale and no sooner had I given them instructions there was an immediate inspection, which was quickly followed by a For Sale Board being placed outside the property and particulars of sale drawn up.  By the end of the first week an offer for the property had been made!   During the interim time between acceptance and completion I was kept aware of the follow ups made by B & C to progress the sale, with a satisfactory completion occurring in a timely manner.
