We have been very pleasantly impressed by the service of Brennan and Chatterton estate agent. They have supported us every step of the way. We only put the house on the market with them because they were selling the ine we wanted to buy but are so glad we did. The advice, valuation and sales team were fantastic. Kiera deserves a special mention as she has been amazing; chasing information on the chain, keeping in contact with us and helping us to navigate buying and selling houses that we haven't done for over 20 years, so things have changed a lot. Right from the start we had viewings and I was kept up to date regularly by Ralf, who was both informative and had my best interest at heart during negotiations. I acted for my mother in-law in progressing the sale of her bungalow as she needed to go into a care home.   I chose Brennan & Chatterton to deal with the sale and no sooner had I given them instructions there was an immediate inspection, which was quickly followed by a For Sale Board being placed outside the property and particulars of sale drawn up.  By the end of the first week an offer for the property had been made!   During the interim time between acceptance and completion I was kept aware of the follow ups made by B & C to progress the sale, with a satisfactory completion occurring in a timely manner.
